Located at 8151 East Garfield Street in Scottsdale, Arizona, we offer a quality of life made affordable by co-operative living arrangements. Office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Consolidated Co-Operatives of Scottsdale East, Inc. is a 15-acre, 7-complex property built for low-cost co-operative housing in 1963. Each of the seven complexes is made up of twelve 3-bedroom townhouses, four 2-bedroom townhouses, sixteen 2-bedroom apartments, sixteen 1-bedroom apartments and two studio apartments around a swimming pool. Residents are encouraged to become involved in the activities of the Co-Op by attending Board Meetings, participating in Committees to assist the operation of the Co-Op, and by volunteering for services as needed. Board Officers 2011-2012 Open Board Meetings are held monthly, usually on the third Thursday of each month. Residents are invited to attend.
